Get ready to enjoy time outdoors and engage your body and mind with fun-loving instructor and owner of Joiwithfitness in Zion, IL, Alice Scott (@joiwithfitness)! This event will feature a relaxing meditation session at Carol Beach (Pleasant Prairie, WI) on the beach front where we’ll start our day with the sunrise.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Items Needed: Yoga Mat/Towel, Water bottle, and a Smile!

*There will be extra yoga mats to use at the beach*

Directions:

1. Go north on Sheridan Rd toward Pleasant Prairie

2. Turn right on 116th street

3. Go all the way down to the stop sign and turn left on Lakeshore Drive.

4. Beach front will be right in front of 108th and Lakeshore Drive.
