Summary: Richard is a native of Lake County and a graduate of Waukegan High School. He also earned his Associate of Arts from the College of Lake County. Richard works for W.W. Grainger as a software engineer, analyzing, designing and building backend solutions for their Inventory management division. Richard is a life-long learner and is constantly looking for new ways to develop himself and his community. Currently Richard serves as a Commissioner for Police/Fire for the City of Zion. He is president for the Coalition for Healthy Communities, an IL non-profit that focuses on health, wellness and removing social barriers for residents in the Zion-Benton tri-community.
