Get ready again to enjoy time outdoors and engage your body and mind with fun-loving instructor and owner of Joiwithfitness in Zion, IL, Alice Scott! This event will feature a relaxing meditation session at Carol Beach (Pleasant Prairie, WI) on the beach front where we’ll start our day with the sunrise.

This exercise program is completely free, but if you are able to make a donation toward the instructor of any amount that would be greatly appreciated.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Items Needed: Yoga Mat *There will be extras available*/Towel, Water bottle, and a Smile!

Directions:

1. Go north on Sheridan Rd toward Pleasant Prairie

2. Turn right on 116th street

3. Go all the way down to the stop sign and turn left on Lakeshore Drive.

4. Beach front will be right in front of 108th and Lakeshore Drive.
