Olivia Livingston, MHA, is a dedicated public health advocate and healthcare leader committed to driving systems change through quality improvement, data-driven decision-making, and community collaboration. Holding a Master of Health Administration from Rosalind Franklin University and a Bachelor of Health Science in Wellness from Andrews University, she has spearheaded transformational initiatives across public health, healthcare administration, and community engagement.
In her current role, Olivia leads quality improvement efforts at Lake County Health Department, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and organizational change by leveraging data to implement sustainable solutions. She is also an elected Board Trustee of Benton Township, contributing to governance and policy decisions that impact local residents. She also served as the Wellness Task Force chair of the coalition from April 2021 to March of 2025 and is excited to now be serving on the coalition board.
