Get ready to enjoy time outdoors and engage your body and mind with fun-loving instructor and owner of Joiwithfitness in Zion, IL, Alice Scott! This event will feature a relaxing meditation session at Carol Beach (Pleasant Prairie, WI) on the beach front where we’ll start our day with the sunrise.

This exercise program is completely free, but if you are able to make a donation toward the instructor of any amount that would be greatly appreciated.

All fitness levels are welcome!

Items Needed: Yoga Mat/Towel, Water bottle, and a Smile!
